GENERAL GOAL

Transfer to the participants the most advanced and proven conceptual models of Integrative Leadership in formulation dynamics of the business strategy, and the most efficient and effective methods and protocols to put it into tangible practice, assess its performance, and correct, change or replace it.

Specific Goals

  1. Have the capability to carry out a situational analysis of the mediate and immediate operation scenarios of each of the company’s businesses.

  2. Distinguish between Ultimate Purpose and strategic, operational, tactical goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  3. Master the formulation models of the Business Portfolio Strategy. Traditional models versus latest developments. Master the formulation models of the Competitive Strategy of a Business Unit. Traditional models versus latest developments. Master the recursive iteration between formulation of the Portfolio Strategy and the Competitive Strategies of each one of them, and the overall synergy and risk.

  4. Detect, assess and chose the distinctive capabilities and the competitive advantages of a Business Unit. Detect, assess and chose incremental, radical and disruptive innovations in order to dynamically promote the competitive power of each Business Unit. Traditional models versus latest developments.

  5. Apply the Recursive Integral Protocol of implementation of the Portfolio Strategy and the Competitive Strategies of the comprised businesses.

  6. Apply each specific tool of the protocol – Cognition Alignment method, Hoshin method, CrossAction method, Mirage method.

  7. Apply the simultaneous triad of project management, change management and procedure management to control implementation of the required initiatives, in order to put the strategy into practice, assess its performance, and provide feedback to the formulation phase.
